We are currently seeking applicants for the following position:
FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, NEWPORT, RI BRANCH – 100 Bellevue Avenue (CSR)
Rotating Schedule With Some Saturdays
This position is responsible for providing account services to Bank customers. Opening new checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA and savings accounts, safe deposit boxes and ATM/VISA check cards. Assisting customers with certificate of deposit maturities (renewals, reinvestments, redemptions, etc.). Complying with all Bank and branch policies and procedures concerning customer accounts. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer account problems. Acting as liaison between customer and other Bank departments as necessary to address account issues.
Education/Experience Required:
· 3 to 5 years branch banking experience as a teller/head teller/customer service representative
· Other customer service experience is desirable
· Experience in consumer loan origination is desirable
